Patriots Playoffs

After looking at NFL.com, I’ve concluded the playoff picture for the New England Patriots.

They without a doubt need a win over Buffalo. And they also need Baltimore to lose, or Miami to lose, or both. If the Ravens loose, then the Patriots will clinch the second WildCard spot. If Miami loses, they will clinch the division. My money is on the Ravens losing, considering how the Jets have been playing. But both teams losing will be difficult, so we shall wait and see. And according to NFL.com, the Patriots don’t seem to be good contenders:

“If the Patriots manage to make playoffs, there might not be a more compelling story in a year of compelling stories.”

Now, this ticks me off, because even though they are not the BEST team in the National Football League, they can definitely put their hat in the ring for this playoff season. In their usual fashion, they will find a way to win.

And even if they do not make the playoffs, a lot can be said about this team, dealing with the huge plague of injuries (losing their QB, four RBs, and many other key playmakers) Great job Cassel!
